Account details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number, and the details of the appointments you book.
Booking and usage information needed to deliver the service, such as the salons and stylists you book, appointment times, service preferences and the reviews you leave.
To confirm and manage your bookings, send reminders, process payments and refunds, and provide customer support.
To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We share the minimum data needed with the salon partners that perform your booked services, and with payment processors that handle checkout.
We never sell your personal data.
Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment providers. eSalon does not store your full card number.
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to staff who need it.
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and ask us to stop certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
